Most items will be shipped by the next business day. If any item(s) are out of stock or back ordered, we will let you know when it will be available to be shipped. Shipping options include; FedEx, DHL, UPS ground, UPS Second day, UPS three day select, UPS next day and USPS. Koi are shipped Federal Express Priority Overnight.

The shipping charges will be clearly listed before your order is processed.

Please allow 7-14 days for ground shipping.

Arrangements for the shipment of Koi are made based upon a mutually agreed upon schedule. Buyer will get several confirmatory emails and a phone call from Coast To Coast Koi. No shipping will occur until all shipping arrangements, dates, times, and destinations are agreed upon. Coast To Coast Koi will conveniently make the arrangements for delivery using the Buyers sensible guidelines. All arrangements will then get final approval and authorization from the Buyer. Only then will shipping occur.

Orders for koi will be assesed an $8.00 box charge. A prearranged credit may be granted upon return of box and shipping materials.

Returns:

You may return an item, in its original condition, for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error.
All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection.

Damaged or Defective Goods:

We will replace or repair, at our option, any product ordered which arrives in an unusable condition within 30 days of delivery.

After 30 days, you will be responsible for contacting the manufacturer directly.

All Manufacturer warranty issues should be directed to the manufacturer.

Feel free to call (801) 706-4624 if there is a problem with your order. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
Pre-paid freight and any insurance charges or other costs are non-refundable. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all special order items. Some special order items may not be returned. Please call us before returning special order items. The restocking charge will be deducted from your refund if any refund should apply.
